Rachel Linnemann is the President. She is majoring in History, Philosophy, and Sociology of Science. She is passionate about topics of environmental justice, public health, and youth activism. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, art, musicals, and ice cream. She was inspired to start the MSU chapter of GYEC after interning with GYEC in Zonkizizwe, South Africa. She wanted to foster the relationships she made and explore meaningful service with other students and the greater community. Her favorite part of the organization is seeing the contagiousness of vision and initiative within the group and alongside our partnerships. These examples of youth leading positive change constantly remind her of the hope in this world.
