Diversity & Inclusion @ GYEC

We built our program out of one that focused on developing genuine relationships among people from different racial/ethnic backgrounds. So we’re always trying to deepen the diversity of our interns, not just in terms of racial/ethnic background but also in terms of gender identity, gender expression, class, sexual orientation, nationality, language, and to the extent possible, ability. We also know from several studies that diversity in all respects is necessary for the development of dynamic and innovative teams. Thus, we invite and encourage people of all backgrounds to apply, and we promise to do our best to secure and/or identify resources for those who wish to be an intern but cannot afford the full cost of our programs.
