Refund policy

We understand that sometimes things happen. If you have to cancel your participation in our program for any reason, here’s our simple, straight-forward plan:

• If you haven’t left and you haven’t started orientation, you’ll get a full refund.

• If you haven’t left yet but you’ve already started orientation, you’ll get a full refund minus the cost of orientation.

• If you’re already at your destination, we’ll prorate your refund based on the costs already incurred and the number of days you’ve served as an intern.

If for whatever reason we at GYEC need to cancel the program, you will be entitled to a full refund.
